Why you should collect customer feedback:

1) Allows you to see customer satisfaction – Collecting feedback from your customers is easy and can be done in a multitude of different ways (see previous post). It allows an insight into what your customers who have experienced your product or service think, giving you a non-bias opinion.⠀

2) Allows you to improve – Even if you’re doing well, you can always do better. Collecting customer feedback will show you where you are doing well and this means you can do more of what is working! If you’re not doing so well it will show you area’s to improve.⠀

3) Shows you value your customers opinions – By asking what your customers think of your product/service you’re letting them you’re genuinely interested in the experience they have. They have chance to be listened to and feel like a more valued customer in return.
